- basil1 to taste
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- With the fish already defrosted, leave the fish marinating for 30 minutes with the salt, black pepper, basil and the squeezed Sicilian lemon. Meanwhile, let the oven heat up.
- Cut the potatoes into slices not too thin, put them to pre-cook for 5 minutes, enough to let them slightly cooked. Grease the refractory and fill the bottom with the potatoes. (This makes the fish not dry)
- Place the tilapia fillets on top of the potatoes along with the tomatoes and onions cut into large cuts.
- Let it bake at 180° for about 30 minutes, with the possibility of varying the time.
