1 kilo of tilapia fillet, 500 grms of shrimp, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 pepper, black pepper, coriander, olive oil, wheat flour, 3 heads of garlic, cornmeal and salt to taste

Tempere os files com sal, pimenta e limão, deixe descansar por 30 minutos..
Corte o tomate, cebola e pimentão em cubos..
Pique o coentro.

Misture o fubar com a farinha de trigo serca de 1 xícara e meia de cada.
Empane os files e der uma leve fritura, coloque em um refratário e reserve.

Coloque 2 colheres de azeite em outra panela ,der uma leve dourada no alho,jogue o tomate, pimentão e a cebola refogue por 3 minutos ponha os camarões,adicione um pouco de sal e pimenta do reino a gosto....
Obs!! Usei as cabeças de camarão pra fazer o molho, coloquei em 3 xícaras de água fervendo ,bati no liquidificador,Cuei e coloquei nos camarões, coloque o coentro e jogue por cima do peixe,leve ao forno alto por 12 minutos e sirva acompanhado de pirão e arroz branco 😋😋🍤
