  • 1 kilo of tilapia fillet, 500 grms of shrimp, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 pepper, black pepper, coriander, olive oil, wheat flour, 3 heads of garlic, cornmeal and salt to taste6 kg
  1. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon, let it rest for 30 minutes. Cut the tomato, onion and pepper into cubes. Chop the coriander.
  2. Mix the fubar with 1 and a half cups of wheat flour each. Bread the files and lightly fry them, place in a refractory and set aside.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in another pan, give a light golden in the garlic, throw the tomato, peppers and onion sauté for 3 minutes put the shrimp, add a little salt and pepper to taste.... Note!! I used the shrimp heads to make the sauce, put it in 3 cups of boiling water, hit the blender, cued it and put it in the shrimp, put the cilantro and throw it over the fish, take it to the high oven for 12 minutes and serve it with mush and white rice 😋😋🍤
