- Passion Fruit Sauce (only the fruit pulp)4 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Season the fillets with lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Let marinate for about 15 minutes Meanwhile, make the passion fruit sauce: in a pan, place the passion fruit juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and keep stirring until it forms a syrup. Place the fish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. When serving, add the passion fruit sauce. Accompanying option: Braised or white rice and crushed cashew nuts.
