  • Tilapia fillets (fresh)2 unit(s)
  • Juice of 4 Passion Fruits200 ml
  • Red Onion1/5 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Sugar1 coffee spoon
  • Coriander Leaves0 to taste
  • Bean Proto0 to taste
  • Filtered water50 ml
  • Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the fillets into 2 cm cubes, place in a bolw. Pass the passion fruit through a sieve to extract the juice, add it to the fish cubes. Reserve some seeds to decorate. Cut the onion into strips and add to the bowl with the mixture. Add salt and black pepper, stir well, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 10 minutes. After this time, add a spoonful of sugar, water, add the pepper cut into slices and mix well. Serve with coriander leaves and bean sprouts, to decorate and of course to add more flavor to the recipe! Optional: eat with sweet potato or banana chips.
