  • Tilapia Fillet350 g
  • Girl's Finger Pepper or Scent1/2 unit(s)
  • Red onion1/3 unit(s)
  • Mango1/2 unit(s)
  • Corn3 tablespoon
  • Tahiti lemon4 unit(s)
  • Coriander, salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the tilapia fillets into medium cubes. Cut the mango and pepper into small cubes. Cut the onion into half moons.
  2. In a bowl, add the tilapia cubes, half moon onion, diced mango, green corn, chopped pepper.
  3. Add the juice of the 4 lemons.
  4. Chop cilantro and add.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste and let it rest for an hour in the fridge. Then you can taste.
