- Tilapia fillet500 g
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Orange1 unit(s)
- Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Mango1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the fillet into cubes and add, finely chopped red onion, 2 squeezed lemons, 2 squeezed oranges, finely chopped pepper, salt, mix in olive oil and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Take it out of the fridge, add the finely chopped parsley, the tomato and the mango…all finely chopped. Mix everything, drizzle with more oil.
- Serve with potato chips.
