Ingredients

  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Water | 200 ml
  • Salt and Black Pepper | 0 to taste
  • Tilapia fillet | 500 g
  • Lemon | 01 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs | 01 to taste
  • Oil | 01 to taste
  • Mayonnaise | 150 g
  • Peeled Garlic | 0 to taste
  • Sour cream | 200 g
  • Green Smell | 0 to taste
  • Salt and Oregano | 0 to taste
  • Wheat flour | 200 g

Recipe

  1. Breaded Dough: Put the water and the egg in a bowl, and beat with the fouet or fork, add half of the wheat flour and mix well to give consistency. The point is like cake dough, it can't be too soft, it's too hard, otherwise it won't stick to the fish, if you see that it's soft, add the rest of the wheat flour.
  2. Cut the tilapia films into strips and season with a squeezed lemon, salt and black pepper to taste. Pass the strips in the breaded dough, then in the breadcrumbs, fry in hot oil
  3. Garlic Cream: Hit the blender, the milk cream with the garlic cloves until it grinds well, add the mayonnaise, parsley, salt, oregano to taste until it mixes well.
