- Black sesame1 dessert spoon
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Wash the rice 5 times, let it rest for 30 minutes
- After resting, put it in a pan along with the water and put it on the fire, let it boil for 10 minutes.
- It will be ready when golden on the side. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- In a small skillet, place the vinegar, salt and sugar, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and wait.
- In a pan put the tuna + white and black sesame + the soy sauce, let it reduce and turn off the heat.
