  • Water2 cup
  • Rice Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Tuna1 can(s)
  • White sesame1 dessert spoon
  • Black sesame1 dessert spoon
  • Shoyu3 tablespoon
  1. Wash the rice 5 times, let it rest for 30 minutes
  2. After resting, put it in a pan along with the water and put it on the fire, let it boil for 10 minutes.
  3. It will be ready when golden on the side. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  4. In a small skillet, place the vinegar, salt and sugar, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and wait.
  5. In a pan put the tuna + white and black sesame + the soy sauce, let it reduce and turn off the heat.
  6. In a bowl put the rice and then add the syrup from the skillet, mix well and let it rest a little longer.
  7. Mounting: Rice + tuna + sonomono
