- Fish of your choice500 g
- Chumychuri to taste
- Salt to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Tomato to taste
- In a bowl place the fish, then add the chumychuri, in the food processor place garlic, onion, pepper and the two tomato slices, grind everything and add to the fish
- In a frying pan put oil to taste and let it heat up for 1 minute after that is just fry the fish with a few slices of onion
- After fried, put it in a container with paper towel to dry the oil and then it's just serve.
