  • extra virgin olive oil soup4 tablespoon
  • finely chopped garlic3 unit(s)
  • Large, chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Ripe, seedless tomato3 unit(s)
  • Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
  • chili peppers5 unit(s)
  • chopped tambaqui fillets600 g
  • Salt to taste
  • green smell (parsley, chives and coriander) chopped1/2 cup
  • Tomato Pulp1/2 cup
  1. In an already heated pan, add olive oil, garlic and stir until the garlic is golden.
  2. Add onion and continue stirring until translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes, paprika, chili peppers and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the fish, salt to taste and pepper, parsley and tomato pulp and cook until the fish is tender.
