- extra virgin olive oil soup4 tablespoon
- finely chopped garlic3 unit(s)
- Large, chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Ripe, seedless tomato3 unit(s)
- Chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
- chili peppers5 unit(s)
- chopped tambaqui fillets600 g
- Salt to taste
- green smell (parsley, chives and coriander) chopped1/2 cup
- Tomato Pulp1/2 cup
- In an already heated pan, add olive oil, garlic and stir until the garlic is golden.
- Add onion and continue stirring until translucent.
- Add the tomatoes, paprika, chili peppers and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the fish, salt to taste and pepper, parsley and tomato pulp and cook until the fish is tender.
