  • Clean Sardines1 kg
  • Homemade seasoning1 to taste
  • Flour1 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon
  • Enough oil for frying1 to taste
  1. Season the sardines and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes in the fridge;
  2. In a plate, mix the flour and the yeast and pass the fillets on both sides;
  3. Heat the oil in the skillet and fry the fillets over medium heat and turn until golden on both sides.
