- Japanese rice200 g
- Water250 ml
- Rice Vinegar40 ml
- Salt3 g
- Sugar60 g
- Seaweed4 unit(s)
- Kani4 unit(s)
- Japanese Cucumber1/2 unit(s)
- Cream Cheese50 g
- First wash the rice 6 times, until the water runs clear. Put the rice in the non-stick pan and then the water. Cook over medium heat until cooked. In a bowl put the vinegar, salt and sugar, mix well.
- After the rice is done, add the vinegar mixture to the rice and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut the cucumber and kani into sticks and set aside. Place the seaweed on top of the mat and then spread a little of the rice over the entire surface of the seaweed, then place the cream cheese, cucumber and kani, close like a roll. Serve with soy sauce.
- Note: To make the sushi, you will need a bamboo mat. I also used wasabi, to give it a little extra flavor. I also used roasted black sesame to mix in the rice and make it different.
