- Stingray fish1 kg
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil100 ml
- Onion3 unit(s)
- Pepper2 unit(s)
- Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Water250 ml
- 2 cloves of garlic2 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Season the already washed fish with lemon, garlic and salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a frying pan, place the spices cut into slices. Add the fish to the water and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the palm oil and finally the coconut milk. Add cilantro to taste! Turn off the fire and serve with rice or accompaniment of your preference!
