  • Stingray fish | 1 kg
  • Coconut milk | 200 ml
  • Palm oil | 100 ml
  • Onion | 3 unit(s)
  • Pepper | 2 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes | 3 unit(s)
  • Water | 250 ml
  • 2 cloves of garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Coriander | 1 to taste
  • Salt | 1 to taste


  1. Season the already washed fish with lemon, garlic and salt. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a frying pan, place the spices cut into slices. Add the fish to the water and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the palm oil and finally the coconut milk. Add cilantro to taste! Turn off the fire and serve with rice or accompaniment of your preference!
