  • Green Smell, Black Pepper, Chimichurri and Salt to taste
  1. In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the crushed garlic to cook. When it starts to brown, add the diced onion and diced tomato. Put the seasonings and then the tomato to cook.
  2. As soon as the tomato starts to be cooked, add the cream and coconut milk. And also put the fish fillets and check the salt of the sauce and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. You can sprinkle the grated parmesan and the green smell and serve with white rice and potato straw, here at home we love to eat like that.
  3. Note: For the sauce to be more full-bodied it is better that the fish is defrosted. You can also do it with another type of fish, but with less thorns.
