  • Mussel core300 g
  • Onion thinly sliced1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic1 unit(s)
  • Sweet Chili Powder1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Pulp4 tablespoon
  • Water4 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Galician lemon2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Defrost the mussels overnight in the bottom of the fridge and drain. Make a light sauté with a drizzle of olive oil, the onion and the garlic.
  2. Make a light sauté with a drizzle of olive oil, the onion and the garlic. Add the sweet pepper and mix well. Then add the tomato and water. Let it boil and add the mussels. Cook for just a few minutes and covered to create sauce. If necessary add a little more water.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley and lemon wedges.
