  • Fish fillet200 g
  • Silver Banana4 unit(s)
  • Seasoning for fish1 teaspoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Straw Potato2 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil or butter1 tablespoon
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Milk1 cup
  1. Season the fish with salt and fish seasoning and grill until golden.
  2. Cut the bananas, fry them and then set aside
  3. Place the fish on a platter or baking sheet and cover with the bananas.
  4. For the white sauce, add the cornstarch in a pan, add the milk, stir and bring to the boil and let it cook, add the curd and keep stirring, turn off the heat, add the cream and stir some more.
  5. Pour the sauce on top of the platter with the fish, put the mozzarella, then bake at 180 degrees until browning, remove from the oven and finish with potato straw.
