- Dehydrated Soybean500 g
- Dried shrimp200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Ginger1 unit(s)
- One Clove of Garlic1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Palm oil100 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- In the blender place all the ingredients (except coconut milk and olive oil) Beat everything and book.
- In a pan, sauté the hydrated soybeans with half the palm oil. Then add the whole mixture and bring to a simmer. Salt to taste.
- Cook for a maximum of 15 minutes. Add the coconut milk and the other half of the oil when it boils!
- Turn off the fire. Finish with shrimp and cilantro and serve with white rice!
