- I started by cutting the dogfish steaks and seasoning them with lemon, salt and black pepper and paprika.
- Mix everything very well and set aside.
- Now I put it in a deep pan and put the oil to heat.
- Meanwhile I passed the pieces in wheat flour. And I put it in the oil to fry. Then turn the fish to fry the other side.
- Then drain the oil and serve.
