- Dogfish in slices1 kg
- Squeezed lemon2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Fuba for breading2 cup
- Cut the dogfish ends. Place in a large pot.. Squeeze the lemon, add the garlic, black pepper, and salt. Stir well so that the seasonings stick to the fish.
- Then pass the fish in the fuba to coat. Put the oil to heat.
- Fry in hot oil and then serve while still hot it gets very crispy
