  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • English Potato6 unit(s)
  1. Pre-Preparation: Season the fish to taste and set aside.
  2. Cut the tomato, onion and pepper and potato into slices and set aside.
  3. Mounting: In a large, wide pan, bathe the bottom with plenty of oil. Line the base with the onion. Top with potato and then with fish. Again cover with onion. Then tomato, pepper, potato and fish. Follow the same assembly steps. The assembly should be finished with the onion, pepper and tomato and coriander on top. Bathe with a little more oil. Ufa!
  4. Add coconut milk and palm oil to taste. Do not mix, otherwise the assembly will fall apart.
  5. Let it cook on low heat for 20 minutes. And it's done! Serve immediately!
