  • Sliced Black Olives1 cup
  • Boiled egg4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Garlic Clove8 unit(s)
  • Potatoes3 unit(s)
  1. Clean the peppers, potatoes and onions and cut them into thick slices, set aside
  2. Place the potato slices on a platter and then arrange the desalted cod pieces.
  3. Then add the whole and peeled peppers, onions and garlic cloves. Add the olive oil and olives, put the black pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180g for 1 hour
  5. Remove the laminated paper and add the eggs cut into slices, let it bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve
