- Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Clean the peppers, potatoes and onions and cut them into thick slices, set aside
- Place the potato slices on a platter and then arrange the desalted cod pieces.
- Then add the whole and peeled peppers, onions and garlic cloves. Add the olive oil and olives, put the black pepper and salt to taste.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180g for 1 hour
- Remove the laminated paper and add the eggs cut into slices, let it bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve
