  • desalted cod1 kg
  • Potatoes boiled and passed in the juicer700 g
  • Milk Cream Can1 unit(s)
  • large sliced onions2 unit(s)
  • jar of pitted olives1 unit(s)
  • 1/5 cup olive oil1 cup
  • Butter for greasing20 g
  1. Sauté the onions in olive oil until they wilt.
  2. Add the azetones and the cod and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the potato and cream and stir for another 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the fire and add another strand of olive oil.
  5. Place the codfish in a refractory greased with margarine and spread the margarine on top again so that it is golden.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve with rice, it's practical and fast.
