  • Shrimp500 g
  • Cabbage300 g
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • soy sauce5 tablespoon
  • Baroa potato4 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 cup
  1. Clean and Season the prawns with garlic and 1 tablespoon of salt and let it taste
  2. Cook the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of salt until well cooked.
  3. While the potato is cooking, prepare the shrimp.
  4. Place the oil in a saucepan, when it is hot, add the shrimp followed by the onion and wait for it to sauté.
  5. Once golden, add the cabbage, carrots and peppers, all cut into large strips.
  6. As soon as it's sautéed, add the soy sauce and it's ready.
  7. For the puree, just mash the potatoes well after cooking. Place the butter and cream in a pan and wait for the butter to melt.
  8. Serve with white rice.
