- Clean shrimp600 g
- Potato800 g
- Squeezed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Lemon pepper1 teaspoon
- cream cheese180 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Whole milk100 ml
- Grated Mozzarella100 g
- Season the shrimp with garlic, salt, lemon pepper and Bahian seasoning. seasoning to taste
- Cook the potatoes well
- Blend the potatoes, cream cheese, cream and whole milk in a blender
- In a heated pan put the oil, sauté the shrimp until it turns red, then pour the cream of potatoes, the mozzarella and let it boil
- Transfer to a platter, sprinkle a little mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden.
- Serve hot!
