  • Shrimp without shell500 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Starch1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika (optional) to taste
  1. Beat the whole egg and, without stopping beating, add the water. Gradually add the flour and starch and mix gently. The consistency of the dough will be quite soft, similar to pancake dough.
  2. Remove the head and shell from the shrimp, keeping the tail so it's easier to catch. Make small slits in the orinzontal shrimp to facilitate frying. Heat the oil and, when it's hot, dip each of the shrimp into the batter and fry right away.
  3. Let it brown and serve with your favorite sauce. I used the shoyu
