- Pink shrimp500 g
- Mushroom Paris200 g
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cognac50 ml
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Sour cream400 ml
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- In a hot skillet with butter, brown the prawns. Add the cognac and flambé.
- Reserve the prawns.
- In the same skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion and the sliced mushroom. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Saute and enter with the cream. Return with the shrimp and finish with green smell.
