  • medium shrimp1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • butter3 tablespoon
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • chopped skinless and seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • port wine1 cup
  • mushroom1 cup
  • fresh milk120 ml
  • wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • ketchup4 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • White rice to taste
  • Straw potato to taste
  1. Clean the prawns and season them with salt and pepper. Reserve. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the tomato, port wine and sauté.
  2. Pour into a greased mold and bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven (220ºC) for about 60 minutes.
  3. Then add the champignons, the Heavy cream, the wheat flour, the ketchup, the Worcestershire sauce and let it cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  4. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips
