  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Chopped skinless tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Boiled cassava500 g
  • Coriander to taste
  • Shrimp500 g
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. In a pan with olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion, bell pepper, pepper and tomato and set aside.
  2. Beat the cassava in the blender and add the coconut milk
  3. In the pan that is in step 1, place the beaten cassava and add salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Season the prawns with lemon, salt and garlic
  5. When the cream is ready add the shrimp and cook for another 10 minutes. Stirring constantly so as not to burn
  6. Finally put the palm oil and coriander on top
  7. Serve with white rice. Enjoy
