- Shrimp500 g

- Leek100 g
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Clean the shrimp well and reserve the shells.
- Roughly chop the onion, leek and carrot
- Put the oil in a pan, add the shrimp shells, carrot, onion and garlic and let it cook.
- After sautéing add 1.5L of water and let it boil for approximately 10 minutes, after that strain it because you will only use the broth and set aside
- In a pan add 2 tablespoons of butter the rice the salt and white pepper and stir well after that add a little of the broth enough to cover the rice, after that the broth evaporates a little the rice will be very creamy add the shrimp clean and the rest of the butter and stir well until the shrimp turns pink
- After that add the grated parmesan cheese and stir well after ready add chopped parsley and chives
