- White wine100 ml
- Butter250 g
- Shrimp500 g
- Onion100 g
- Leek50 g
- Sicilian lemon to taste
- Parmesan cheese250 g
- Quickly sauté the shrimp in some of the butter, remove and reserve.
- In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the arboreum rice, then add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate
- Add the broth little by little and stir the rice from time to time.
- Add a little of the butter and the cheese
- When the rice is done, return the shrimp to the pan.
