- In a pan, add the oil, garlic and small shrimp, lightly fry and add the rice, coriander and lemon juice.
- Next, add the cups of shrimp broth and tomato sauce. After boiling, stir until the rice is cooked, leaving it still with broth, leaving the rice wet.
- Take the large prawns, pass them in the wheat, then in the beaten egg and seasoned with black pepper and salt, then pass them in the panko flour and fry until golden.
- Place the rice in a shallow bowl like the one in the photo, place the halved cherry tomatoes, add coriander stalks for garnish and add the fried shrimp on top. Okay, now just enjoy yourself 😋
