  • Carolina rice300 g
  • Water700 ml
  • Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Tomato Pulp2 tablespoon
  • Ripe and chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Large shrimp400 g
  • Coriander, salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan put the water and salt, when it boils add the shrimp and let it boil a little.
  2. Reserve the water and peel the shrimp. In a blender place the water, the shells/heads of the shrimp and grind well. Strain the paste and reserve the liquid part, discarding the remaining paste. Reserve.
  3. In the pan put the oil, onion, let it sauté a little adding the tomato, pulp and seasonings / garlic. Place the raw rice in the above dish for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, then add the result from step 2 and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
