  • Clean shrimp500 g
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Crushed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Oil100 ml
  • Seasoning of your choice1 to taste
  1. In a container place the shrimp and season with garlic, lemon, salt and seasoning. Let it rest for 25 minutes; for the seasoning to catch on the shrimp.
  2. Then in a frying pan add 100 ml of oil to fry.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until it is well fried.
  4. Then just put it on a paper towel to drain the oil, then put it on a plate.
