  • Clean and shelled shrimp500 g
  • Cooked rice2 cup
  • Pea1 can(s)
  • Diced Bacon150 g
  • Diced or grated mozzarella150 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Cottage cheese1 cup
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a bowl, season the shrimp with the juice of 1 lemon and salt, leave to marinate for approximately 15 minutes;
  2. In a pan, fry the bacon and set aside;
  3. Take the prawns to fry in the bacon fat, without the marinade juice;
  4. With the shrimp already fried, add the bacon, the peas, the cream and the cream cheese to the pan, mix well and as soon as it starts to bubble, turn off the heat and add the rice;
  5. After incorporating the rice well into the cream, pour it into a refractory and place the mozzarella on top;
  6. Place in the oven to brown;
  7. Finish with straw potatoes. And enjoy!
