  • Shrimp | 500 g
  • Coconut milk | 1 l
  • Tomato | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Coriander |  to taste
  • Garlic |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a pan, fry the shrimp in garlic (I like to fry in oil) after it is well sealed, add tomato, onion, pepper and coconut milk.
  2. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, time is to taste. Seasoning suggestions lemon pepper, pepperoni and salt.
  3. Finish with coriander. It's optional!
