  • Clean shrimp without shell500 g
  • Garlic cloves, sliced3 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon pepper to taste
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Fresh coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  1. Season the shrimp with pepper, salt and lemon pepper. Reserve.
  2. In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic, then add all the onion already cut into slices, the tomato and the smoked paprika, let these seasonings "wither" a little.
  3. Pour the coconut milk, a little water, mix and add the shrimp. Let it cook for approximately 5 min.
  4. Finish with coriander.
  5. TIP: To accompany, I made a banana farofinha and white rice.
