- Clean shrimp without shell500 g
- Garlic cloves, sliced3 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Fresh coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Season the shrimp with pepper, salt and lemon pepper. Reserve.
- In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic, then add all the onion already cut into slices, the tomato and the smoked paprika, let these seasonings "wither" a little.
- Pour the coconut milk, a little water, mix and add the shrimp. Let it cook for approximately 5 min.
- Finish with coriander.
- TIP: To accompany, I made a banana farofinha and white rice.
