  • Large butternut squash1 unit(s)
  • Oil for greasing the pumpkin0 to taste
  • Pink Shrimp500 g
  • Culinary cottage cheese400 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Creamy pot cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
  1. Wash the pumpkin - remove the lid and clean the whole week with a spoon. Grease the pumpkin with oil all over the outside - put in the microwave for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil - brown the prawns previously seasoned with salt and pepper and the lemon juice - saute the prawns for a maximum of three minutes and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, brown the garlic and onion, add the tomatoes and let it form a sauce - add the cottage cheese, return the prawns to the pan (with the heat off) and stir well to mix the flavors and set aside.
  4. With the pumpkin already soft, put a layer of curd cheese, one of shrimp and keep repeating until you fill the pumpkin.
  5. Take it back to the microwave or oven just to warm up and serve in the wake.
