Add the tomato sauce, water, a pinch of salt. Put the pumpkin pulp and add the catupiry. Mix everything and add the parsley.
Put all the stuffing inside the pumpkin, cover with the grated mozzarella and take it to the oven for fixings for 10 to 15 minutes. Finish with grilled shrimp and more parsley.
