- Clean the shrimp removing all the shell, after cleaning season with garlic, salt, black pepper and the lemon seasoning
- Then put the oil in a frying pan, let it heat up well, add the onion, the tomato and sauté, when it has been well sautéed, add the shrimp and let it cook, after cooking, add the green smell and the olives and set aside.
- Put the cassava to cook, after it's cooked, knead it well like puree, mix it with the cream, the eggs and the curd and the grated cheese.
- Then add half of this manioc puree on a platter and the whole shrimp stuffing is covered with the rest of the manioc puree.
- Bake for 30 minutes until browned.
