  • Already cooked rice (White or parboiled) I like white rice.400 g
  • Large shrimp40 unit(s)
  • Garlic, finely flaked30 g
  • Coriander1 coffee spoon
  • Champignon40 g
  • Petit pois30 g
  • Sour cream (I really like the Piracanjuba brand)100 ml
  • Mozzarella120 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce150 g
  • Chopped white onion40 g
  • Ground white pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Parmesan cheese (finely grated)30 g
  1. Season the prawns with salt and white pepper. (Reserve them) *"Never forget to clean them, removing the viscera (from above), which is where the dirt is.
  2. In a pan put the onion in the oil to brown, then the garlic. Add the mushrooms, peti pois, cilantro, and then the seasoned shrimp.
  3. After this mixture and quickly get a boil (no more than 1min), put the tomato sauce and then the rice already cooked.
  4. Mix well and add the Parmesan, mozzarella and cream. When it's all mixed evenly, and the mozzarella has already melted, the best creamy rice of life is ready!
  5. On top, already on the plate, you can add more Parmesan to taste!
