- Coriander150 g

- Dehydrated Pepperoni to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix the red onion with the juice of the lemons, the pepperoni, the chopped red pepper and the black pepper. Add the shrimp, mix well and cover with plastic wrap before placing in the fridge to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Before serving, season with salt to taste, drain the broth and finish with the coriander and the parsley. You can also serve it on a handmade plate or you can assemble it in individual cups or bowls.
