- Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, pepper and onion and sauté until the onion is soft and add half of the shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Sauté for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes, sauté for another 1 minute and sprinkle with the water and the dissolved fish stock.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, remove from the heat and hit the blender, put it back in the pan and add the coconut milk, parsley, chives and cilantro. Boil for another 6 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- Season the remaining prawns and sauté in a little oil, when they are cooked, remove from the heat and reserve.
- Distribute the sautéed shrimp in individual mugs and cover with the hot broth. Sprinkle with more chives and parsley.
