  • Half a girl's finger pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Dende oil1 tablespoon
  • Tomatoes4 unit(s)
  1. Season the prawns with salt and pepper. Sear the prawns in the oil and set aside. Cook the cassava in pieces. In the same pan that sealed the shrimp, sauté the onion, tomato, peppers, garlic, pepper. Beat this stir-fry in a blender along with the cassava and coconut milk. Return to the pan, add the prawns and adjust the salt. Lastly, the palm oil. Finish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
