- Cassava1 kg
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Large onion1 unit(s)

- Coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil4 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Girl's Finger Pepper5 unit(s)
- Fresh coriander2 tablespoon
- 1. Chop the garlic cloves, the onion, the coriander and the girl's finger pepper. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. 2. Peel the cassava and cut it into large pieces. Transfer to a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until the cassava is soft. 3. In a frying pan, place the olive oil and place over medium heat. When hot, add the garlic and sauté until golden. Increase the heat, add the prawns and sauté for 3 minutes. Reserve. 4. In another pan, place the butter and place over medium heat. When melted, add the onion and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes. Reserve. 5. In a blender, beat the still hot cassava, the coconut milk, the palm oil and the onion and pepper sauté until obtaining a homogeneous cream. If the blender cup is small, blend the ingredients in two steps. 6. In a large pan, place the sautéed shrimp, the manioc cream and place over high heat. When it boils, season with salt and minced pepper. Turn off the heat and add the cilantro. Mix well and serve hot.
