- Cassava (prefer those that are already packed and peeled, it is more practical)1 kg
- 3 onions (1 sliced and 2 grated)3 unit(s)
- 1 bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil6 tablespoon
- 2 glasses of coconut milk2 can(s)
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley1 unit(s)
- 2 green peppers, finely chopped2 unit(s)
- Ready-made tomato sauce2 can(s)
- Palm oil2 tablespoon
- Wash the shrimp and season with salt, garlic, pepper and lemon, let marinate.
- Take a pan with water and cook the cassava in pieces, with bay leaf and sliced onion.
- When it's soft, add a glass of coconut milk. Let it cool down a bit and put it in a blender.
- Heat the olive oil, add the grated onion and let it brown. Add the prawns and fry.
- Add the 2 cans of ready-made tomato sauce, the green smell, the pepper and let it cook for a few minutes.
- In the same pan, add the manioc, beaten in a blender, another glass of coconut milk and the palm oil. Let it boil and it's ready.
