- coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil4 tablespoon

- Coriander to taste
- Chives to taste

- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Clean the shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and oil. Reserve.
- Cook the cassava until soft. Drain the water and reserve.
- Cut all ingredients into cubes and sauté with palm oil until wilted.
- Add the prawns. Lower the fire. Maximum 3 min. Until they turn pink.
- Take half of the stew, the already cooked cassava and the coconut milk. Blend in a blender until it becomes a pirão.
- Add this mixture to the prawns and mix. Chop cilantro and chives. Adjust salt if necessary.
