  • Shrimp stock1 l
  • boiled and mashed cassava500 g
  • Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  1. Chop the bell pepper, tomato and onion in brunoise
  2. Cassava must be crushed with a fork or in a meat grinder NEVER IN A BLENDER OR PROCESSOR
  3. Sauté the onion, bell pepper and tomatoes, add the shrimp broth and let it reduce, then add the mashed cassava (a few cassava cubes are always welcome) let it reduce again. Add the shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper and finish with cilantro
