  • Clean shrimp1 kg
  • Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Catupiry250 g
  • Grated Mozzarella150 g
  • Sour cream300 ml
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
  1. Start by seasoning the shrimp, with squeezed garlic, Bahian seasoning, black pepper, lemon juice and salt
  2. In a hot pan, add the olive oil, the prawns little by little, turn for a few minutes until they are pink
  3. Repeat the process until finished and book
  4. In the same pan, put the butter, the onion, let it brown a little, add the cream, nutmeg, mix and let it boil a little
  5. Add this sauce to a platter, place the catupiry, prawns, mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until browned.
  6. Ready, serve as you wish!
